- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have had Allstate for 40 years. This office for well over 25 years. Awful experience of late. Can't get a call back. Waited a full month. Called Allstate 1800 number to complain. They put me through to someone I thought was a supervisor. Guess what?? My agent picked up. Amazing he answers when put through by Allstate but doesn't pick up when I called directly. Losers. The whole company. Left Allstate after 45 years. Their loss. 6000 dollar policy gone. Went to Farmers and Progressive and both offered me over $ 2000 in savings!!!!!By Cynthia Wintjen, May 02, 2017
